Ivertuotas cukrus receptas

Invertuoto cukraus sirupas yra gliukozės ir fruktozės mišinys. Jis gaunamas sacharozę (cukrinių runkelių, cukranendrių cukrų) išskaidant į šiuos du ingredientus. Šio cukraus pavidalas yra skystas, gaminiuose jis padeda išlaikyti drėgmę ir yra mažiau linkęs kristalizuotis, o leduose veikia kaip antifrizas. While the specific provenance of the joint is unknown, I'm willing to bet the inventor wasn't a virgin.
