Ivertuotas cukrus receptas

Invertuoto cukraus sirupas yra gliukozės ir fruktozės mišinys. Jis gaunamas sacharozę (cukrinių runkelių, cukranendrių cukrų) išskaidant į šiuos du ingredientus.
